Being among the staff here at Fondation Enfant Jesus, it’s hard not to notice the unity among the personnel. Everyone is very connected and communicative with one another. Team work is so heavily emphasized and encouraged; it brings and binds the team together. From the people up in the offices to the amazing cooks in the kitchen, connectivity is a strong constant among the staff of Fondation Enfant Jesus. Everyone is treated with respect and dignity and everyone does their job with the diligence and team work that is so important for an organization such as this to thrive.

Because the staff work with endless dedication the heads of the organization aim to honor the hard working employees every three months, for their devotion to the community and Fondation Enfant Jesus.
