The partnership provides the Lamardelle community with multiple primary care health and child nutrition services and initiated a prenatal services at the clinic. Led by USGBC and designed by HOK, the new Project Haiti orphanage, known as a crèche, will be a short-term orphanage that provides not only shelter but also rehydration, high-level medical care, and assessment for adoption eligibility. AGIR POUR LE FUTUR DES ENFANTS ET DES JEUNES EN HAITI was founded in France in early 2009, and provides ongoing support to the children of Haiti, especially those enrolled in Fondation Enfant Jesus and Creche Enfant Jesus (CEJ) orphanage programs. AFEJ assists with housing, health, and education and provides humanitarian action in Haiti either directly, or through associations. AFEJ also supports adoptive and adopting families in Haiti with assistance with case preparation, governmental authorities, language translation, and annual meetings. AFEJ does not assist with financial or material needs for adoptive families.
